Inventory levels are kept in sync across BigCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and Google Shopping every 15 minutes to prevent oversells.
Order Ingestion
New orders pulled from the Orders v2 API are unified with orders from your other channels for one-stop fulfillment.
Tracking Upload
Shipment tracking generated through ShipStation is automatically pushed back to BigCommerce.

Data handling
- BigCommerce API credentials (client ID, access token, store hash) are encrypted at rest in Firestore.
- Buyer PII from BigCommerce orders is protected with the same AES-256-GCM PII encryption used for all PII data.
- All API traffic uses TLS 1.2+ HTTPS.
