Real-Time Inventory Sync
Inventory quantities sync every 15 minutes between eBay and your other channels via the Inventory API to prevent oversells.

New orders are pulled from the Fulfillment API and unified with orders from Amazon, BigCommerce, and Google Shopping.
Tracking Upload
Shipment tracking is uploaded back to eBay via the Fulfillment API automatically after label generation in ShipStation.

A dedicated webhook endpoint receives and processes eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications in compliance with eBay developer requirements.

Data handling
- eBay OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest in Firestore with field-level AES-256-GCM encryption.
- Buyer information from eBay orders is encrypted with the same PII protection module used for all PII.
- Kaizen Seller honors eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications and purges associated buyer data within the required timeframe.
- All API traffic uses TLS 1.2+ HTTPS.
