Data handling
- Walmart Marketplace OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest in Firestore and only used server-side.
- Buyer PII from Walmart orders is treated like other order data — encrypted and accessible only to the authenticated seller.
- All Walmart Marketplace API traffic uses TLS 1.2+ with the required WM_QOS.CORRELATION_ID and WM_SVC.NAME headers.
- Product identifiers (UPC, GTIN, EAN, ISBN) are validated before being submitted to Walmart to reduce account risk from invalid IDs.
